  12. MPower has a Windows Oracle toolkit called SQLGlue. 
  13. Scheduled for release the end of February 1996, SQLGlue simplifies
  14. development of Oracle client server applications for Windows 3.x, 
  15. Win95, and NT 3.51 using SQL*Net to connect to any Oracle Server.
